RESERVATION CONDITIONS

Reservations are only considered definite when accompanied by the corresponding deposit, to be deducted from the total due at the end of the stay.
RESERVATION:
30% of the total amount due for the stay.
CANCELLATION:
If cancellation occurs less than fifteen days before the planned start of the stay, deposit is retained in full.
If cancellation occurs less than thirty days before the planned start of the stay, 30% of the deposit is retained.
EARLY DEPARTURE:
In the case of an early departure, the total amount of the stay will be due.
NO-SHOW:
In the event of a no-show, the total deposit will be retained.
Without news from the customer, the planned stay will be considered cancelled.
