In a friendly and family atmosphere, Jean-Jacques and his children open the doors of their restaurant to you. Jean-Jacques will passionately prepare exceptional dishes using market products, and Valentin his son will serve them with a smile. We want to make it a point of honor to offer quality, local and gourmet cuisine to all city residents and travelers. The dishes are revisited and colored, it is a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. While being inspired by Provence, Jean-Jacques gives free rein to his imagination to offer a concentrate of happiness in just one bite!
The different menus
For lunch, Tuesday to Saturday, enjoy a dish or a salad of the moment for 16 €. If you opt for an additional homemade dessert, your formula will be € 20. Also butcher's piece or whole grilled fish depending on availability (sea bass, sea bream ...)
Every evening and Sunday noon, taste the gourmet menu at 36 €. For lunch or dinner, the market menu at € 27 will also be à la carte. We adapt to the seasons to make our menus.
A good dish deserves to be accompanied by a good wine.
This is why we take pleasure in selecting for you the best wines in the region. Appellation Côtes du Ventoux, Côtes du Luberon, Vin de Pays du Vaucluse, ORGANIC, HVE ... As many independent winegrowers as we like to let you know ... Our terroir, rich in climate and geology, reveals in its wines of little taste treasures.

The creation of Jean-Jacques
During your stay, take the opportunity to taste the creation of the cook: la Tartoufis. This dessert is a perfect mix between a pie and a clafoutis. This passionate cook offers other home-made desserts such as red fruit Pavlova, delicious pies, excellent frozen nougat, chocolate dariole with candied citrus juice and many more .... & nbsp; p >
In the hotel restaurant Le Rocher des Abeilles near Apt, the service is from 12:15 p.m. to 2 p.m. and from 7:15 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. The restaurant is open every day, noon and evening, except Sunday evening and Monday all day. On Sunday evening, Jean-Jacques and his children open the restaurant for hotel guests only and on request.
